3 Steps to Rent From  Red Doors Of Toledo

1. SEE HOUSE:

Checkout the listing first. Each home listed has (or will have very soon) a video tour.  Pictures are uploaded and all information regarding the home is on the address tabbed page for the home. Additionally, you can schedule an open house tour or self-tour through our affiliate, Showing Hero.

2. APPLY ONLINE:

Fill out the NO FEE (privacy secured) ONLINE APPLICATION:

If we are interested we will call you for more information. 

Then you'll get email to set up tour if we both like each other we send you and email to authorize/pay $30 for CREDIT REPORT.

Please be honest on application about credit situation. We often rent to people rebuilding their credit.

High honesty is more important than a high credit score!

3. SIGN LEASE:

If approved, LEASE AGREEMENT or HOLDING DEPOSIT must be signed within 5 days.

We have e-sign as well as paper leases.  

All homes require a double deposit in addition to first months rent. ( Rent will be prorated if not moving in on the first of course). 

PETS:

(Pets: add $200/$10 to deposit/rent for under 30lbs, $400/$20 for over 30lbs).

Proof of pet vaccinations may be requested.

No appliances, furniture, blinds, utilities, or yardcare included.
