Longtime Toledoeans and Founders of Red Doors of Toledo, John and Kim Howard started renovating homes with their very first home purchase over 30 years ago. Since then, they have grown their portfolio and refined their focus. They are passionate about rehabilitating neglected houses into beautiful homes and being THE BEST landlords they can be for their tenants and their families.
Their current two projects are located in the heart of the Old West End, where they also live.

Red Doors of Toledo is pleased to announce our purchase of Glenwood Terrace, located at the corner of Glenwood & Delaware, in the heart of Toledo’s Old West End. When renovations are complete, Glenwood Terrace will feature 10 residential apartments in Toledo’s coolest neighborhood, from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom units. In the past six years, Red Doors of Toledo has renovated and preserved 65 vulnerable homes in the City of Toledo, and we’re excited to breathe life back into this neighborhood beauty.
